Our city currently employs approximately 80 full-time and 75 part-time staff members. The human resource division is committed to hiring, compensating, and developing the city's workforce. We are responsible for recruitment, orientation, compensation, benefits, class specifications, development, and training of employees.
Our goal is to provide strategic leadership by providing a high quality consultative service that identifies appropriate HR strategies and opportunities. Among our responsibilities, we seek to provide a framework to guide the application of all aspects of human resource practices to support organizational effectiveness for the city.
