Our city currently employs approximately 80 full-time and 75 part-time staff members. The Human Resource division is committed to hiring, compensating and developing the city's workforce. We are responsible for recruitment, orientation, compensation, benefits, class specifications, development, volunteer opportunities for the community, and training of employees.
Our goal is to recruit and maintain a balanced, motivated, and skilled workforce using employment selection techniques and methodologies. We operate using the application of all aspects of human resource practices to support organizational effectiveness for the city.
