City of Parkland Emergency Order 2020-018

Broward County Emergency Order 20-31

In response to inquiries from the public, Broward County issued Emergency Order 20-31 on December 24, 2020, clarifying that the curfew does not apply to people traveling directly between their homes and an airport, seaport, or train or bus terminal in connection with commercial air, sea, train, or bus travel. Residents are reminded that Emergency Order 20-30 (PDF), issued on December 23, 2020, placed Broward County under a curfew from December 25, 2020 through January 4, 2021, from midnight to 5:00 a.m. daily, with the exception of Christmas Day and New Year’s Day, when the curfew is in force from 1:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m.
