Join us in welcoming Dr. Kitty Oliver, an author, oral historian, media producer and singer. She has a Master of Fine Arts Degree in creative writing and a Ph. D focusing on race and ethnic communication. Her lecture will focus on Race and Change Conversations that build bridges in culturally diverse organizations and communities, as well as across generations. This program is part of the 10 Days of Connection, a community wide movement for everyone in Miami-Dade, Broward, and beyond to step out of their bubbles and connect with others who are not like them.
