Yes, a permit must be reviewed, approved, paid and issued prior to installing synthetic turf on your property. Additionally, please note that synthetic turf is permissible only in back and side yards, not in the front yard. Yes. All tree removals, relocations and replacements require a permit from the City of Parkland's Environmental Services Division, located in the Building Department at City Hall. Permits for exotic invasive species are issued at no cost, and the permit holder may be eligible to receive a partial reimbursement on their own costs of removing the exotic invasive vegetation.
