New worlds with striking characters and impactful stories that can change your view of the world are key features that books can provide. Though they may only seem like a stack of papers bound together, books can greatly enhance the creativity, literacy, and relaxation in readers. Highschoolers Arya Parikh and Alicia Suen from Beyond the Books are aiming to help children realize the joy of reading and immerse them in new worlds they have never experienced! Parkland library card is required to register.
